"customer service is down till Oct 19, it will be back up Oct 20th and you will get a response then" I sent this AFTER Oct 20th, with no response.. Maybe they went down? I am beginning to think it is run by VERY few people, maybe even one or two. And they just designed the site and are working out of a garage in Japan or somthing.
